The DS-160, Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application form, is for temporary travel to the United States, and for K (fiancé(e)) visas. Form DS-160 is submitted electronically to the Department of State website via the Internet. Consular Officers use the information entered on the DS-160 to process the visa application and, combined with a personal interview, determine an applicant’s eligibility for a nonimmigrant visa.

Our Services include the following:

Verify that the applicant has a valid Passport

Contact the applicant(s) in Haiti and assist them to fill out the DS-160 Application.
Print and provide the applicant with the DS-160 barcode page. 

Schedule a visa interview appointment. 
Pay the visa application processing fee($180 included in the fee) at Sogeexpress.

Print and Provide the applicant with the Official Funeral Home Letter requesting the Applicant.

Print and Provide the applicant with a copy of the Death Certificate if available by funeral home.

Upload the Funeral Home letter, Death Certificate and Supporting Documents to the US Consulate.
